While designing the Corporate WordPress 3.0 theme, I was discovering a couple of things that most may not be aware of and I have to say it was 2 hours of wasted valuable time. So I thought I would share this mystery image space below my photograph that I had placed into the header showcase area not knowing where it was coming from.

I'm sure many have experienced the frustration of getting png images to coexist within a solid background colour when viewing a page in IE, or maybe even a pattern background for a transparent effect. In most scenarios, designers, both experienced and inexperienced will be using some form of graphics application - perhaps the most common being Photoshop.

How to make changes to your website without messing it up is something that is taken for granted by a lot of people. Trust me on this because even I've been guilty of creating problems when I've updated or changed something...and I'm a designer! Human behavior I guess is the cause of jumping into something spontaneously so we can get what needs to be done, done and try to save time and hassles. It's common and everyone does it at some point in time - even the most experienced.
